Learning Philosophy

  1. Morning session - Just-in-time learning - as you learn, daily
    1. Log what you had uncertainty about, found interesting, or clicked for you
    2. Flag a few things you might want to do additional reading on. This reading can happen
      1. Daily - during the learning part
      2. Weekend - during Saturday/Sunday morning reading
  2. Evening part 1 - Read stuff
  3. Evening part 2 - Structured learning/courses

  • Brainstorm and scope out.
  • Come up with a plan
  • Try to implement on your own
    • Seek help if it feels impossible
    • Note down blocks/friction/lack of clarity
  • Discuss & collectively reflect with AA
  • Identify knowledge gaps
  • Figure out ways to fill those knowledge gaps - Courses/Books/Papers
  • Blog About It
